Service Description
Roll up your sleeves and create iconic products from French bakeries and pastry shops. Led by passionate professionals, Catherine and Joël will share their passion and show you some tips and recipes they have used in their bakery. They will teach you the techniques to make a traditional baguette, as well as viennoiseries (croissant, chocolate croissant or chouquettes). The class is conducted in English. Demonstrations are carried out and translated simultaneously by Chloé. PRICES : Under request Small group, maximum 8 persons. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel or modify your reservation up to 48 hours before the event. After that, late cancellation fees will be charged at 50% of the service price.
